At Luvly, we take great pride in the quality of our personalized products. Because each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, we have a clear policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Personalized Products
Please note that personalized and custom-made products are exempt from the right of return and exchange. As these items are uniquely manufactured based on your individual specifications (such as custom names, photos, or designs), they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrectly entered personalization details by the customer
Selection of the wrong size or color
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. A return or replacement is only possible if the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
To process a claim, please follow these steps:
Send an email to luvlyshop@outlook.de with your order number.
Include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Since we aim for fast production times through our partner Printify, orders enter production almost immediately. Cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
4. Shipping Costs
In cases of damaged or defective items, Luvly will cover any costs associated with the replacement. For any other inquiries, please contact our support team.
